There are many good reasons to make a shrine for Nabooru. In fact, there are so many that it would take a ridiculous amount of time laying them all out and discussing them. So, I will offer you the more concise version of why.

First of all, there are not many Nabooru shrines already in existence. As a matter of fact, I think I recall ever seeing maybe two of them, not counting this one. But one seems to have died a while ago, and the other is still under construction. It seemed to me that since Zelda and Link have taken the Internet by storm, Nabooru should too. She'll likely never have as many shrines as the former two characters, but surely she deserves more loving respect than she's getting at this point. My shrine will not be the biggest one out there, but I hope that it conveys the adoration I have for her.

Second of all, she's an amazingly awesome character. And no, I don't say that lightly. While not a major character, she is one with an important role to play. As a Gerudo woman, a very high-ranking Gerudo woman, she is one of the most knowledgeable people Link will find when it comes to learning about Ganondorf and his plans. She has lived as his second-in-command; more importantly, she has lived to reject her king's wickedness. It is likely that not many others could have claimed the same. She has a valiant warrior spirit about her, even if she may seem a bit aloof or selfish. Her heart is pure and her soul resolute. And I adore her for it.
