About Me
I'm Kai, aka Kaitsurinu, Ms Lockheart and Mojo Iko. I'm a 23-year-old Cancer.
I currently reside
in the US of A. Single and agnostic. Graduate
student. I've two cats. Beer girl, Guinness and Peroni are favorites.
Moody. And slightly paranoid. I'm also convinced that I lived in ancient imperial Rome in a past life.
Don't look at me like that.
I'm very interested in
ancient Rome, mythology (all cultures), world religions, history and the supernatural.
I yearn to one day visit Romania and find evidence of vampires (and I don't
mean the Cullens). I also am intrigued with magic, ghosts and spirits,
theater and astrology. I play a lot of video games; it's kind of a mild
addiction.
I like traveling, people who are funny, eccentric and open-minded. My
friends tend to reflect these traits. I also enjoy acting, writing, drawing,
reading and photography in my free time. I also love watching Comedy
Central, sleeping, storm chasing, ghost hunting and web design (duh! ♥).
However, I do not enjoy
sudden loud noises, most vegetables, seafood, bugs, tight spaces, mean/racist/homophobic people, close-mindedness, religious fundamentalists
or
crazy Conservatives.
In college, I majored in Classics (Greco-Roman Culture/History),
and minored in
Latin & International Studies. I'm about to begin graduate school in
Classics in the fall. To better prepare for that, I'm brushing up on my
knowledge of Latin and ancient Greek, as well as finishing up lessons in
Italian and German. If I ever have free time again, I'd very much like to
learn Russian, Romanian and Arabic.
